I don’t know how many of the readers of my blog live in our around New York or are going to be going to NY for the holidays. I have found a great deal if you are going to New York this holiday season and want to visit many of the NY attractions. I Found the New York CityPass Basically what it is is a booklet that you buy that allows you to go to 6 different attractions (The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the new Greek and Roman galleries, Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Guggenheim Museum and the American Museum of Natural History. Plus, a trip to the top of the Empire State Building Observatory and tour of the Manhattan skyline from the water aboard a Circle Line Sightseeing Cruise).
What is cool about this is you get to skip most of the Main entrance lines at these places and go directly in. AND you can buy it for 50% off the combined admission prices for these attractions. Normally for all this you would pay $130 for all this but with the city pass you get it for $65. You cant beat that
When i first moved to Philly i got a Philly city pass and that was awesome. It got me in all the places i wanted to go see and it was cheap. So take it first hand this is well worth the money.
This deal is good from December 15 to March 15. If you start right at December using the city pass you have three months to use all 6 tickets in the book….So if doing all six things in a week sounds like too much come back to NY and use the rest before the 25th of March.
